These terms cover ktrlkhaos.com, mudderfuckerz.ktrlkhaos.com and atm.ktrlkhaos.com. The sites are run by ktrl+khaos ("we"). Using them means you agree to these terms. The apps behind the other doors have their own.
the work
Everything here belongs to whoever made it. The hall, the show and the site are ours. The prints are typevalid's. The clothes, photos and tapes in atm are aim to misbehave's. You can look, share links and post screenshots that credit the maker. You can't copy, sell or reuse the work, our names or our marks without asking.
people in the work
Some of the work shows real people, with their permission. If you're in something here and want it down, email hello@ktrlkhaos.com and we'll talk.
what you send us
If you send us a message, an idea, a pitch or a file, you're telling us you have the right to send it. We don't have to use, pay for or keep quiet about an idea someone sends without a signed agreement, and we may already be working on something like it.
don't
Break, overload, scrape or try to get past the parts of the sites that are locked; use them to break the law; pretend to be us or one of the people in the house.
links
We link to other sites: our socials and the members' own sites. They're theirs, not ours.
copyright complaints
If you think something here infringes your copyright, email hello@ktrlkhaos.com with what it is, where it is, your contact details, a statement that you believe in good faith the use isn't authorised, and a statement under penalty of perjury that your notice is accurate and that you own the work or may act for its owner.
no promises
The sites are art and come as they are. They may change, break or disappear. To the extent the law allows, we make no warranties and aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses from using them. If we are liable for anything, it's capped at $100. Some places don't allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.
law
New York law applies. Any dispute goes to the state or federal courts in New York, unless the law where you live says otherwise.
changes
If these terms change, the date at the top changes. Using the sites after that means you accept the new version.
